Nidar Siddhant Vaadi (unfaltering and principled) Sadguru Shree Ishwarcharandasji Swamibapa was affectionately known as Sadguru Swamibapa. Sadguru Shree Nirgundasji Swamibapa bestowed the helm of the Karan Satsang to Sadguru Swamibapa in Samvat 1948 (1892 CE).

Sadguru Swamibapa and Jeevanpran Abji Bapashree were inseparable and on many occasions toured the region together and preached the glory and true principles of Lord Swaminarayan. It was during these sabhas that Sadguru Swamibapa asked Jeevanpran Abji Bapashree questions. From the answers to these questions Sadguru Swamibapa compiled the Rahasyartha Pradipika Tika sahit Vachnamrut and the two volumes of Jeevanpran Abji Bapashreeni Vato. Sadguru Swamibapa explained to the masses the true glory and supremacy of Jeevanpran Abji Bapashree, that He was Lord Swaminarayan Himself.
On one occasion, a haribhakto asked Jeevanpran Abji Bapashree “when someone asks, who is your Acharya, how should we reply?” At this Jeevanpran Abji Bapashree took Sadguru Swamibapa’s hand and said, “What’s all this talk of Acharyas? Here is our Acharya. Lord Swaminarayan handed the helm of this Karan Satsang to Sadguru Shree Gopalanand Swamibapa and said ‘This Gopalmuni is in my place.’ In the same way, Sadguru Shree Gopalanand Swamibapa handed the responsibility to Sadguru Shree Nirgundasji Swamibapa, who in turn has handed it to this Sadguru Swamibapa. He is the Acharya of our Karan Satsang.”
Sadguru Swamibapa initiated three revolutionary steps to ensure the true supremacy and true tenets of Lord Swaminarayanbapa Swamibapa were kept ever flowing.
Firstly the Shree Swaminarayan Siddhant Uttejak Trust was established. Under this trust land in Maninagar, Ahmedabad was bought and Sadguru Swamibapa and Jeevanpran Swamibapa laid the foundation stone for Maninagar Mandir, the Kendrastaan for the Karan Satsang. This temple is the source for the flowing currents that bring the true principles of Lord Swaminarayanbapa Swamibapa to the world.
Until now only the householder Acharyas could initiate and have a fold of sants. Sadguru Swamibapa, the Acharya of the Karan Satsang and Satsang Mahasabha, decreed and authorised Jeevanpran Swamibapa to initiate a sant Himself.
On one occasion Sadguru Swamibapa said to Jeevanpran Swamibapa, “Let us install Jeevanpran Abji Bapashree’s murti in all the temples!” Without hesitation Jeevanpran Swamibapa replied “Let us go!” On hearing such resolute conviction Sadguru Swamibapa rejoiced and commanded Jeevanpran Swamibapa to install the murti of Jeevanpran Abji Bapashree next to the murti of Lord Swaminarayan in every temple that He created.
Such was our resolute and principled Sadguru Swamibapa.
